Tranquility Spa Becomes First in Nepal to Earn ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Tranquility Spa has become the first spa in Nepal to receive the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, marking a significant milestone for the country’s wellness industry.

According to the spa, the certification represents more than international recognition. It formally acknowledges the organization’s commitment to quality service, safe operating procedures, transparent management, and continuous improvement.

In a statement, Tranquility Spa said it has developed a standardized service system across all of its branches nationwide to ensure customers receive the same high-quality experience in line with international standards. The company said it places strong emphasis on customer feedback, continuous service improvement, high standards of hygiene, infection control, workplace safety, and professional service delivery to further strengthen customer trust.
