    HIMVAS Second Edition to Be Held in Chaitra, Targets Participation of 1,000 Experts from 100 Countries

    The second edition of the Himalayan International Vascular Summit – HIMVAS 2027 is set to be held in Nepal to promote the treatment and research of vascular diseases and facilitate the exchange of medical knowledge and experiences.

    The five-day second edition of HIMVAS will be held in Kathmandu from Chaitra 3 to 7 of the Nepali calendar.

    Following the success of the first edition held three years ago, the organizers said the second edition will be organized on a larger scale. The first edition saw the participation of more than 350 people, including expert doctors and scientists from 42 countries.

    This year, the organizers are targeting the participation of 1,000 specialist doctors and scientists from more than 100 countries. According to Dr. Sandip Raj Pandey, president of HIMVAS-2027, participants from 60 countries have already registered for the summit.

    The summit will focus on the study and research of vascular diseases, new treatment technologies, and the exchange of medical knowledge and experiences.

    The organizers expect the summit to contribute not only to the advancement of modern healthcare in Nepal but also to the promotion of medical tourism in the country.
